New “Social Think Tank” Addresses Sustainable Economic Growth

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BTM Institute today unveiled a set of dedicated knowledge communities that bring together Ivy League academics, leading CEOs and average online users to share insights and best practice research from around the globe. It is the hope of BTM that these communities become hubs of knowledge to aid in re-imagining our companies, our government, and ourselves as we move into a seamlessly connected world.

“We launched the BTM institute in 2003 and this new “Social Think Tank”

BTM Institute knowledge communities provide FREE, cross-functional and cross-industry experiences and insights from executives of Virgin America, Toshiba, General Electric, Shell Oil, P&G, PepsiCo Inc., Eli Lilly, and Marriott; former officials from US Federal Agencies, US State/Local Governments, and international public sector leaders; and academics from Michigan State, University of Oklahoma, Harvard, Emory University, MIT, and the London School of Economics.

In order to keep pace with changes brought about by a rapidly evolving world, BTM is not only providing next generation management framework, software applications, and solutions, but also next generation management practices built to withstand the constantly changing arena. By bringing together the best minds of our generation, BTM hopes to provide community members with a vision of what the future will look like and how best to prepare for it in terms of management practices and business value creation.

“There is a global transformation underway. New businesses, economic, and social models, coupled with access to rapidly advancing new technologies, are empowering people to transform our world. The need to connect the dots has never been more important,” says Faisal Hoque, Founder and CEO of BTM Corporation and author of The Power of Convergence. “We launched the BTM institute in 2003 and this new “Social Think Tank” is our further commitment to advancing the global march forward,” he added.

Along with academic partnerships, BTM Institute also highlights critical thinking from other partner communities such as the CMO Council, the BPI Network and the FSO Knowledge Exchange.
